Had such a fantastic Friday night and Saturday.

Tired and hungry

My parents are camping, therefore, there was no food for me to bring to work today and so I had to buy something from the cafeteria at work. Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Every single bite had about 17 onions in it. So now not only am I going to go hungry, I'm still exhausted cause I didn't sleep at all last night

I don't know how much sleep I got last night. But all I know is I only work at one job today, I have the day off tomorrow, and I get to see you again after work. So already, my day is looking super up and I can't wait.

So sore

I can't remember exactly when my shoulder started hurting so badly but at work today, my shoulder started absolutely killing me. Luckily I was at that hospital so a doctor told me I could use the hot and cold packs to help make it feel better. I had to switch between the hot and cold throughout the day and it kept it from aching to bad. But even still, there were points were I couldn't even lift the phone up because it hurt so bad.
Then I had to go to Home Depot for work and lord knows that didn't help at all. I spent the evening carrying around tubes filled with cash and coins. Doesn't sound like a lot but when you're holding multiple and your shoulder already hurts so badly, it definitely doesn't help.
By the end of the night, I could barely use my arm to drive cause I could barely lift my arm.
Now I am lying in bed, I've taken an Advil and I have an ice bag on my shoulder. Here's to hoping I don't roll and lay on it in my sleep and make it worse.

Work

Work has been so busy from the moment I started today. But it's been such a frustrating shift!!
When I first started, I was told everything that needed to get done. And within the hour, I had that whole list of things to do completed. But then as the day went on, these things changed, but no one told me. So when it was done proper, it looked bad on me, even though I had done what I was told from the beginning to do and no one told me different. It's not my fault if people can't tell me if something has changed.
Then every time I ask a question, I get looked at as if I'm an idiot. First of all, I just want to double check and make sure I'm doing the correct thing before I do it wrong and get in trouble for that. And second, it's my job to ask!!

Hike

I did something today that I haven't done in years, and even when I've gone, never has it been this extreme. Today I went on a hike and I climbed to the top of a mountain! I am so insanely proud of myself even though it's tough to feel proud now cause words can't describe how incredibly sore I am. But I did it! I made it all the way to the top.

It really upsets me that everywhere that I am trying so hard to prove myself, every time I show that I am trying and I know what I am doing, I get stomped down by everyone and I look like I can't do anything.

Today was crazy!! I was good but crazy and exhausting!! 100% ready for bed. I have one day ahead of me of working at both of my jobs and then, glory to God on the highest! I have 2 days off! I honestly can't remember the last time I had 2 days off!
Not only do I have 2 days off, but I get to spend them with some incredible people! Just got to push myself through a very tiring day tomorrow and I can smile.

Went to my parents house today to watch the soccer game and have dinner.
Stayed until about 8:30 pm.
Got home and took weasley for a walk with Tay. While on the walk, I got a call from work asking if I wanted to come in for a shift in the morning. HELLS YA I DO !!
Got back in my car and drove back to my parents house to sleep over so my Pop could drive me in the morning.

Depressed

I'm starting to feel depressed again
I feel like any of the friends I have are slowly drifting away from me. I feel like they have other "more important" things in their life and I'm just not important enough to them anymore.
I'm losing my best friend in the whole world so soon and it's actually the most heartbreaking thing I've ever had to deal with. But what makes it worse is I feel like I have absolutely no one to talk to about it.
I look at the people I consider my best friends and wonder if they ever consider me a best friend. I wonder just how much I mean to them.
I feel like at the end of the day, I'm the last person anyone is going to defend and that no one is ever going to come to my rescue. No matter how many times I've been there for people, no one is ever going to be there for me.
It would just be nice to have one person in my life who actually cares about me.
I don't remember the last time I was with a group of people and didn't feel 100% left out and alone.
In fact, I feel more alone when I'm surrounded by people I considered my friends, then when I'm actually alone.

Had the best sleep last night that I've gotten in a really long time.

I'm very happy my aunt is here from BC and I'm excited to visit with her. However, i did not get to bed until 11:30 last night, and now I'm waking up at 5 for work.
Also didn't help that I'm stressed out about things and those things really prevented me from falling asleep.
All I can say is, I hope there's a student on the unit today and I can go down to the secondary unit where I can do almost nothing all day. That would be lovely.

Words can not describe how I am feeling right now.
For a long time I felt held down due to depression and nothing ever truly broke me away from it. I was smiling on the outside, but dying on the inside.

That is, until I heard this song.
I fell in love with the song Invincible by Hedley a long time ago, but it wasn't until a couple years ago it took me to a whole new place in my life and really inspired me to get back on my feet because things happen in life. You make mistakes, you fall down. But you get back up. And you are stronger.
The words in this song took me to a place in my life where I can finally be truly 100% happy. Inside and out.

Hearing this song live has made me so incredibly happy on the inside, I can't even describe it. Hearing them sing, I had to catch my breath a couple times. I don't think I ever focused so hard on a song and the lyrics of it so much in my life. It felt amazing to take a moment and not worry about anything but the words and how they effected me. What they mean to me, and how I am a happier and stronger person because of them.

I know the band will never see this, but i only wish you knew how much your song means to me and how blessed I felt getting to hear it live.

Acura

I seriously will never purchase an Acura again!!
Don't get me wrong, I am very happy to have a car at the moment that works and gets me to where I need to go, however, that's about all I like about my car.
The front headlight went out, and I asked my dad if he could fix it. Think fixing a light would be a quick fix? Ha! Of course not!! In order to get to the light, my dad had to take the entire battery out of the car! And now the radio won't work because apparently it's a theft hazard that the radio will not work if it's removed from the electrical source! Even though the battery is back in my car, the radio/cd player will not work until I input a code!
First of all, how is this a theft precaution? The car still runs? Just the radio won't work!
I seriously hate my car!!!

Bedtime

Feels so magical to be sleeping in my own bed after staying at my parents for almost a week!
I am so exhausted! My body was telling me to go home and nap today, but instead I got my adult pants on, did some much needed laundry, gardening (took very dead plants out of pots), and cleaned my bathroom!
Now I am really dead tired! I don't even remember working today because it feels like a million years ago! But laying in my own big bed now, listening to my pup snore, and I'm off to dream land! (Hopefully)

Exhausted

Beyond exhausted right now
I feel so sick, but I'm up again and off to work. I'm not complaining about working so much, I love that I've gotten so many shifts, but I don't feel good and that hasn't helped at all.
So happy today is my last day and that I can sleep in tomorrow.
I have so much laundry and cleaning to do when I get home. But all I want to do is take a bath and go to bed.

Sleep is good

Got home from vacation Sunday night at 12:30 in the morning.
Woke up Monday morning at 5 to go to work.
Today I finally got to sleep in and I slept so well.
Even though I'm still burnt and it sucks to lay on my shoulders still, I slept so good in my own bed with my little pup beside me.

Ps, I do not get to sleep in on vacations. My pop is the dad whose like, the day is wasting away, get up at 7 AM. So I feel so good finally getting to sleep in.

Sad evening

All I wish is that for once, I was important to someone.
I know that everyone has stuff going on in their lives. But it would be nice if it felt like someone actually cared about me.
I told friend yesterday how nervous I was. And would a single one message me today and ask if I'm feeling ok? Doesn't look like it.
I literally spend everyday of my life sad because no matter what, I will never be important enough for someone to care about me. There will always be someone who comes before me. No matter what we've been through together, it crushes me to know that I'm not even important enough in your life anymore to receive a little text every now and then.
I feel like you don't tell me anything about your life anymore and that makes me so sad. At one point we were best friends and now I honestly don't remember the last time you called me that. It just hurts a lot and I don't know how much longer I can live like this. Pretending I'm ok with everything when in reality, I get pushed further and further to the side everyday

Slumber party

I was planning on coming home from work, napping and then cleaning and organizing a little so I could have a slumber party with weasley tonight. But after another really long week, I am completely exhausted and it's not even 10 and I am so ready for bed. Work hasn't posted or called me in yet, so right now, I only work 2 days, Sunday at Home Depot, Monday at the hospital, then 2 short shifts at Home Depot. Even though I'm loving my big paycheques, I really need to rest. I'm not sure how cut out I am working 2 jobs in 2 different cities right now.

Slow day

Again we had a student unit clerk on the unit today and so I went down to our smaller unit and I did nothing!!! When I went back up to cover a break, I did more in that hour then I did all day on the other unit! But I'm not complaining! Made $23 an hour doing it!

Random trip

Just got home from the most random trip up to Edmonton ever!!!
I was literally sitting in bed debating what kind of video to film and Karen texts me and within the hour, we were on the road driving up to Edmonton!!
Had such a blast wondering around even though it was late. So much fun at West Ed doing some shopping.

Hospital

I haven't worked at the hospital since I finished my training!
Originally I wasn't suppose to work again until March. But I picked up a whole bunch of shifts this month and tomorrow is my first day back!!
I can't wait!! So excited to have some more money coming in!
I just hope I work with someone who can help me through! I'm still not perfect and I still have questions. Especially since I haven't worked in a few weeks

MONEY

Earlier today, I got a call from the hospital offering me 2 more shifts which I gladly accepted

Then I checked my online schedule

Not including the 2 I was offered, I have 4 new shifts posted as well!! 

I've been very much enjoying these couple weeks I've had where I've just been working a couple days a week at Home Depot. But now I am so excited to have more shifts and be earning so much money working at a job I am so excited to have!

Disney World

I'm starting to go crazy!!!

Sooo...

So I have my last day of training on Friday, then I don't work again until March! I still have the chance of getting called in if someone calls in sick, but like, this kinda blows! I was really hoping to have my credit card paid off by February so I could seriously start saving for Disney World.
I mean, at least I'm still working at Home Depot, but like maybe 12 hours a week so that's no good.
