Don't get me wrong, I don't mind working customer service. I've been told I'm good at it. But when I get my new schedule and all my shifts till May are customer service shifts, well that kinda makes me want to shot myself in the foot! I have been working there for 4 years! I know how to do cash and I know how to do Self-check outs. Do you think it's possible at all for me to have one or two shifts that are not customer service?? These shifts are going to go by so slow!!
